OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees On or about May 17, 2024, an employee engaged in the task of mowing grass was exposed to the hazard of falling while operating a Gravely Pro-Turn 600, Model 992501) Zero Turning Radius mower near the unprotected edge of a 20-degree sloped embankment. In accordance with the Operating's Manual the stand on lawnmower is not to be operated on slopes greater than 15 degrees.
