29 CFR  1926.1053(a)(1)(i): Self supporting portable ladders were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least four times the maximum intended load:  a)  At 8333 Mika Jack Road, Chipotle Restaurant, Navarre, Florida:  On May 23, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to use a job made ladder which did not have blocks installed between the ladder rungs to provide support exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground below.
