29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof: On or about May 15, 2024, in the loading dock area, an authorized employees conducting maintenance on the CALJAN CB5X-5.0 ABE Telescoping conveyor belt did not ensure that his hand was safely positioned while testing the conveyor belt.
