On or about May 21, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet (7) seven inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about May 21, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet (3) three inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
