On or about May 23, 2024, and at times prior to, at the hotel banquet kitchen, employees walked through wet flooring while performing food preparation and other duties within and passing through the kitchen. b. On or about May 23, 2024, and at times prior to, at the restaurant, employees walked through standing water on the floor while performing food preparation and serving duties within the kitchen.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6. On or about May 23, 2024, and at times prior to, at the loading dock where employees clean and dump trash containers, compressed gas cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 as follows: a. Compressed gas cylinder was not labeled to identify the contents of the cylinder, b. Compressed gas cylinder did not have the valve protection cap installed, and c. Oxygen compressed gas cylinder(s) were stored near acetylene compressed gas cylinders.

29 CFR 1910.110(f)(4)(i): The employer stored LP-Gas in a quantity exceeding 300 pounds (approximately 2550 cubic feet in vapor form) inside of a building. On or about May 23, 3034, and at times prior to, within the loading dock, stored liquified petroleum gas exceeded 300 pounds where 23 liquified petroleum gas cylinders were stored inside the hotel building, next to where employees access the loading dock to dispose of trash cans and load and unload delivery vehicles.
