29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows. On or about May 23, 2024, and times prior, the employer did not effectively clean the mold due to water damage in the vestibule area, janitor closet, and men's restroom as employees worked throughout the facility with access to areas.
