(a) On or about May 24, 2024, and dates prior the employer did not assess the workplace to determine hazards employees are exposed to, and provide adequate personal protective equipment (PPE). as required and itemized on the safety data sheets for chemicals such as but not limited to the JJ chemical company Destroyer series chemical used for sanitizing portable toilets. This exposes employees to injuries associated with chemical burns to include severe skin burns, and eye damage to include the possibility of vision loss.
