29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points, rotating parts. a) 3010 Hanford Drive Lebanon, PA 17046 - an employee was monitoring a powered conveyer belt, manufacture G&F Systems, Freezing Systems, between the freezer and the bagel slicer which did not contain guarding to prevent the employee from entering the in-running nip point between the conveyer and the stainless-steel transition area of the slicer, on or about May 16, 2024. Abatement was completed prior to the inspection date.
