29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) Bar Midtown, LLC dba Green Eggs Caf� located at 212 South 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA-Kitchen area: On or about March 28, 2024, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing cleaning activities. Employees are exposed to chemicals including but not limited to the following:   -Isopropyl alcohol, as contained in Aqua All Temp Rinse -Caustic soda liquid 50%, as contained in Aqua Glisten -Phosphoric acid 75%, as contained in AQUA L.S.R Lime Scale Remover -Sodium hypochlorite, as contained in Aqua Sanitizer Bleach

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Marble Crafters, Inc., located at 11 Nealy Boulevard Trainer, PA-Kitchen area: On or about February 22, 2024, the employer did not provide hazardous chemical training for employees engaged in cleaning activities. Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to the following:   -Hydrogen Peroxide, as contained in 50 Volume Creme Developer -Ethyl benzene, xylene, etc., as contained in Clear Flexible Sealant -Acetone (2-Propanone), as contained in Klean-Strip Acetone -Hydrogen chloride, as contained in SMART Muriatic Acid -Crystalline respirable silica, as contained in the natural stone and quartz slabs

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign must have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three-fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide:  (a) Bar Midtown, LLC dba Green Eggs Caf� located at 212 South 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA:  On or about May 28, 2024, signs posted along the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge did not have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters as required. Employees working in the kitchen were exposed to fire hazards.
