OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards: (a) Warehouse/ equipment, storage, and testing. The employer did not ensure that the industrial steel racking system with vertical supports had base plates and was bolted to the floor. Employees stock the shelves with spare machine parts and spare parts for machines, thus exposing the employees to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. This condition was observed on or about 2/29/24.
