OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) Oak Ridge Facility: at or near 255 Oak Ridge Road, Oak Ridge, NJ, on or about 5/29/2024: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized serious hazards in that employees were exposed to the hazards of fire and explosion. Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable means to abate these hazards is to more effectively document the results of a hazard and compliance assessment and implement a program to address any findings and recommendations related to nonconformance(s) from the assessments, in compliance with New Jersey Administrative Code � 5:18-9.2(a)(8), which reads: ?The owner or operator of a facility required to be registered pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:18, shall prepare, maintain, and follow a quality control manual, which shall, at a minimum, include ? Nonconformance reports documenting all conditions not conforming to this chapter and ensuring that any problems identified through procedures, controls, inspections, specifications or testing are effectively corrected and documented).?
