29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) The Enclave at Independence Ridge, Lot 13, Worksite - on or about May 29, 2024, an employee was working from a steeply pitched roof section applying siding, approximately 17 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection . Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
