29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   (a)  Lot 14, Moorefield Street, Mechanicsburg, PA: On or about May 28, 2024, employees were operating equipment including, but not limited to, a pneumatic nail gun for framing. The employer did not ensure employees wore appropriate eye/face protection while operating the pneumatic nail gun.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

No abatement certification or documentation required.
