29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) The Enclave at Independence Ridge, Lot 19 - on or about May 29, 2024, an employee was performing frame carpentry work, approximately 18 feet above grade without utilizing any means of fall protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) The Enclave at Independence Ridge, Lot 19, Worksite - on or about May 29, 2024, an employee was utilizing the main stair set of the structure, which features more than four risers, that did not have a stair rail along each unprotected side or edge. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
