29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: (a)  a. On or about May 29, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations were exposed to electrical shock while working in close proximity to 208V-240V energized overhead power lines.
