29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) On the rear side of the house, located at 18 Edgewater Dr., Tifton, GA, on or about May 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a ladder used to access and egress the roof was not properly adjusted for the side rails to extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface of the roof.
