29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways: (a) On or about 05/21/2024 - 14227 US-Highway 431, Guntersville, Alabama, employees using a Werner, 12-foot, A-frame metal ladder to perform HVAC installation operations were exposed to fall hazards when ladder safety training was not provided.
