29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): (a) 360 Independence Ave, Mechanicsburg PA - On or about May 29, 2024 the employer did not ensure that the racking systems in the workplace had the load limit identified, such as the 6 deep pushback racking system. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: (a) 360 Independence Ave, Mechanicsburg PA - On or about May 29, 2024, the employer did not provide the OSHA compliance officer with a copy of the employer's OSHA Form 300 and OSHA Form 300A for the year 2021 within four business hours. (b) 360 Independence Ave, Mechanicsburg PA - On or about May 29, 2024, the employer did not provide the OSHA compliance officer with a copy of the OSHA Form 300A for the year 2023 within four business hours. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
