29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. C&S Wholesale Grocers, Aisle 29: On May 28, 2024 at approximately 8:15 AM a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) struck an obstacle while transiting an aisle. The PIT's operator lost his footing on the operating platform and was subsequently struck by the equipment he was operating.
