29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):   On or about May 28th, 2024, at 1310 Forrest Court, Marco Island, Florida, an employee was exposed to 14- to 22-foot fall and struck-by hazards while preparing to paint the interior walls of a new residential garage, where frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment were not performed by a competent person prior to allowing employees to perform work-related duties.

On or about May 28th, 2024, at 1310 Forrest Court, Marco Island, Florida, an employee was exposed to 22 foot-fall and struck-by hazards when using an 8-foot step (A-frame) ladder on top of the platform of a rolling scaffold while preparing to paint the interior walls of a new residential garage.
