29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) 2132 Downeyflake Lane, Allentown, PA 18103 - furniture manufacturing area: On or about May 30, 2024, employees cutting wood for custom wood furniture were using a Powermatic table saw which was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood that completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table, exposing employees to severe lacerations and amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers identified for the purpose. If metal covers are used, they shall be grounded. In completed installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass shall be provided with bushings designed for the purpose or shall have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear. (a) 2132 Downeyflake Lane, Allentown, PA 18103 - Vestibule/waiting are: On or about May 30, 2024, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Employees entering the vestibule and turning on the light switch are exposed to shock and burns due to uncovered light switch. (b) 2132 Downeyflake Lane, Allentown, PA 18103 - Office area: On or about May 30, 2024, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Employees entering the office area to turn on a double light switch are exposed to shock and burns due to uncovered light switch.
