Employees entering the vestibule and turning on the light switch are exposed to shock and burns due to uncovered light switch.  (b) 2132 Downeyflake Lane, Allentown, PA 18103 - Office area: On or about May 30, 2024,  each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy.  Employees entering the office area to turn on a double light switch are exposed to shock and burns due to uncovered light switch.
