29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a). On or about May 30, 2024, at the back butchering area, an employee was cutting steaks using a Hobart Model 5K49SG2730 112 INCH band saw machine with the blade guard stuck in the open position, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
