Condition observed on or about 05/28/24. b - 145/147/149/151 Stoutsburg Boulevard, Pennington NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 8 inches to the concrete flooring below, when walking and working at and near unprotected floor openings while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 05/28/24. c- 145/147/149/151 Stoutsburg Boulevard, Pennington NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 1 inch to the concrete flooring below, when accessing to and egressing from a ladder (set within the residential structure) using the top plates of interior wall frames while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 05/28/24. d - 145/147/149/151 Stoutsburg Boulevard, Pennington NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when accessing to and egressing from a ladder (set outside of the residential structure) while at the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection.
