29 CFR  1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees: without satisfying the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph.  On or about: 5/29/2024 Location: 41 McCollum Place, Yonkers, NY 10704  a) CSHO observed one (1) worker on a multi-position ladder on a tubular welded frame scaffold, 1 tier wide and 1 tier high. Another workers was observed holding the ladder while on the scaffold platform. Workers exposed to a fall hazard.
