29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members were not installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system: a) At the east end of the main shop, on or about May 30, 2024, on the mezzanine above the break room, more than four feet above the lower level where the guardrail system did not have a midrail installed. Employees accessed the mezzanine above the break room to store the material and conduct parts inventory.
