29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4): Mid-rails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stair rail system and the stairway steps: (a) Grand Patrician, New Construction, Center West and Western Staircases: On May 30, 2024 employees used staircases that were installed by Modern Home Concepts, Inc. that were not equipped with a mid-rail between the top rail of the stair rail system and the stairway steps.
