29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) Ladder Jack Scaffold- On or about May 30, 2024, employees performing roofing operations were exposed to electrocution hazards from a scaffold that was erected approximately one foot from live two hundred forty (240) volt electrical lines. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
