29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: On or about May 30, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employer did not adequately maintain its HVAC and exhaust systems in certain areas of the store, which led to the presence of mold in the men?s shoe department, men?s clothing department, beauty salon, and at one of the main entrances on the upper right side on the wall of the doors.
