(a) Facility Wide- On or about May 30, 2024, employees using six-foot shock absorbing lanyards while working from powered industrial vehicles (cherry pickers) at elevated heights up to 18 feet were exposed to contact with lower levels.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
