Wintergarden Rd. Bowling Green OH 43402, did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when preforming residential roofing and activities on a residential structure while exposed to potential struck by hazards (flying particles/debris) while using a DeWalt brand circular saw. One employee was exposed to eye struck by hazards while cutting roof sheathing while using a DeWalt brand circular saw.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 31, 2024 the employer AU Roofing, LLC at jobsite located at 507 N. Wintergarden Rd. Bowling Green OH 43402, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing residential roofing activities atop a 4:12 pitch sloped residential second level roof deck. Six employees were exposed to falls of approximately 17 feet or greater from the peak and falls of 8 feet or greater from the eaves to the ground below.
