29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): At the commercial facility located at 11 SW Industrial Drive in Lee's Summit MO 64081, on 5/31/2024 and at times prior: Employees were exposed to serious electrical shock, burns and or electrocution injuries, in that the electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more was not guarded or enclosed to protect from accidental contact in the back of the production area did not have a guard that fully enclosed the electrical connections.
