29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2):Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) On or about 5/21/2024, at the first floor area of the site, Williamsville, NY. Employee, who worked from a mobile scaffold, with 4 feet 10-inch work platforms, to install metal studs and tracks, did not have the scaffold wheels locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks. Employee was exposed to fall of 4 feet 10-inch. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
