Condition observed on or about 5/31/2024. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 2 Haines St, Lacey, NJ-Car Wash: Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 16 ft when walking the exterior wall without a personal fall arrest harness or fall protection system in place. Condition observed on or about 5/31/2024. b) 2 Haines St, Lacey, NJ-Car Wash: Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 14 ft when operating a JLG AWP boom-lift without a personal fall arrest harness on. Condition observed on or about 5/31/2024. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
