29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) 3008 Thunderbolt Dr. Crestview FL. 32536; On or about May 31, 2024 and at times prior; the employer failed to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof with the rails of the ladders extending at least three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing their employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 9 feet 2 inches.
