29 CFR 1926.1153(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees were not exposed to an airborne concentration of respirable crystalline silica in excess of 50 �g/m3, calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA):  a) On or about May 31, 2024, at 150 SE 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, an employee using a handheld grinder to grind floors inside a parking garage had an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure to respirable crystalline silica of 101.93 �g/m3. The employee was monitored for 302 minutes, and zero exposure was assumed for any un-sampled period of 8 hours.
