29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) On or about 5/22/2024 at a construction project located at 7000 Route 16, Franklinville, New York; in the parking lot at the end of Contour Steel's storage trailer, a diesel tank used to refuel on site equipment. The tank was not protected from parking lot vehicle traffic. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
