Grant Ranch, Denver, CO 80123: On or about 5/31/2024 the employer did not ensure approximately 12 employees were protected from falls while roofing on a two-story residential home, in that none of the employees utilized fall protection. This exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
