29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 10177 Quentin Ct, Lot 3 of Block 7, Commerce City, CO 80022: On or about June 1, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground while conducting siding activities on a residential home. The employer failed to provide training on items such as, but not limited to; nature of fall hazards in the work area; correct procedures for inspecting the fall protection systems to be used; use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of roofing work.
