29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about May28, 2024, employees were working on a roof to replace shingles and skylights and were not adequately protected from falls.  The Dylan's General Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1617722, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 5 Middlesex Avenue, Wilmington, MA.  Dylan's General Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418978, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 365 Main Street, West Newbury, MA.  The Dylan's General Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385266, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/06/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 365 Main Street, West Newbury.
