29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a) 5900 Ocean Ave, Wildwood Crest, NJ - A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of 29 CFR 1910 was not worn and attached to the boom or basket as required. The employer allowed employees to work in a JLG Aerial Lift, Model 600, approximately 30 feet above the ground, with no personal fall arrest system in place, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about June 3, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
