29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.   a) Newman Roofing, LLC located at a worksite at 6039 Grandstand  Ave, Westerville, OH 43081: On or about June 3, 2024, the controlling employer did not ensure site safety inspections were conducted by a competent person when sub-contractor employees were engaged in residential roofing activities, such as but not limited to removing/installing roofing shingles, that exposed them to multiple fall hazards of over 11 feet.
