29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about June 3, 2024 the employer Jacinto Construction LLC at jobsite located at 12902 State Route 274 Lewistown OH 43333, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing residential roofing activities atop a 6:12 pitch sloped residential second level roof deck. Six employees were exposed to falls of approximately 17 feet 7 inches or greater from the peak and falls of 10 feet or greater from the eaves to the ground below.
