29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(ii):The EMPLOYER'S hazard communication program did not include methods the employer will use to inform the other employer(s) of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operations and in foreseeable emergencies: (a) W R Allen & Co. Inc., 47 town street, Norwich, CT 06360; On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior, UCFS was not made aware of precautionary measures they should take when exposed to LokWorkx + Adhesive. The SDS of the LokWorkx states that those who are experience symptoms should use a NIOSH Respirator or general exhaust ventilation if necessary, but UCFS management did not have this information prior to the start of the renovation work in the basement.
