Inc., 47 town street, Norwich, CT 06360; On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior,  UCFS was not made aware of precautionary measures they should take when exposed to LokWorkx + Adhesive. The SDS of the LokWorkx states that those who are experience symptoms should use a NIOSH Respirator or general exhaust ventilation if necessary, but UCFS management did not have this information prior to the start of the renovation work in the basement.
