29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not provided protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:   a) On June 4, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work exposed to struck-by hazards were not wearing hard hats.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) On or about June 4, 2024, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately  between 9.5 and 17.2 feet while working without fall protection from a pitched roof.   No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
