29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program and the safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200. a) Employees use chemical such as oils, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and synthetic media in the machining area and were not trained on the location and availability of the written hazard communication program and safety data sheets. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
