OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  Location: Worksite  On or about June 4, 2024 ,employees were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet in height while utilizing the RGC Classic 200lb. platform hoist on-site as a ladder to descend from the roof. The hoist was not designed to be used in place of a ladder.
