29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the temporary jobsite located at 804 Trails End Ct, Goddard, KS 67052, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9.5 feet from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. Jorge Ollazabal was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705105, citation number 2, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-30-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 5414-5416 N Sandkey St, Wichita, KS 6720.
