29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.  On or about June 4, 2024, employees engaged in residential framing activities, located at 3309 S 208th St, Elkhorn, NE 68022, were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were conducting residential framing work over 11-feet above the lower working surface without fall protection.
