29 CFR 1910.101(a):The employer did not determine that compressed gas cylinders under his control were in a safe condition to the extent that can be determined by visual or other inspections conducted as prescribed in the Hazardous Materials Regulations (a) On June 6, 2024 and at times prior thereto; employees operated a Hyster forklift, serial number: A274V04117N with a propane cylinder which was no longer within its requalification date. (b) On June 6, 2024 and at times prior thereto; employees operated a Yale forklift, serial number: J813V02755N with a propane cylinder which was no longer within its requalification date. (c) On June 6, 2024 and at times prior thereto; employees operated a Hyster forklift (used in yard as spare), serial number: unknown with a propane cylinder which was no longer within its requalification date.
