29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) On June 6, 2024, and at times prior to; an employee operated a Genie P761, exposing employees to falls of approximately 24 feet.  The gate of the basket was held open with cloth.   b) On June 6, 2024, and at times prior to; an employee operated a Genie Z-62, exposing employees to falls of approximately 24 feet.    Note* Abatement certification is required for this item.
